clean room easy access smiling staff

my room was super clean! the location provided super easy access to the beach. two pools meant never a crowd. staff were helpful plus always smiling, food had good variety with several restaurant options.

pool towels required a small deposit.

The ocean bar had karaoke, a highlight of my evenings. All songs felt available! They encouraged us to sing! The atmosphere was great. Staff members played games like darts and taught dancing.

Some broken tiles did slightly detract. From the overall pool experience.

punctual service vegetarian needs choice meals

i liked how gurpreet served drinks and food. he was punctual. chetan helped us out at the mandarin restaurant and was accommodating to our vegetarian needs. the restaurant choice included meals for vegetarians.

fantastic family holiday

spacious apartment clean hotel good selection

i liked the apartment it faced south and i saw the sea from the 8th floor it was spacious. it was also very clean and well equipped. the hotel was pristine and well maintained. food was plentiful and there was a good selection of dishes available. the drink options at the boat bar were good since i was on an all inclusive basis. the garden areas were well maintained and the plants were beautiful. the swimming pools were cleaned in the morning making it a relaxing sunny place. i enjoyed the jacuzzi.

i found it was not relaxing to sit on the patio during the day. it sits on the pathway i saw a constant stream of cleaners and maintenance workers going by. the layout is like a labyrinth and i had difficulty with the signage. i feel this is not representative of luxury at all.

the hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and coffee bars souvenir shops are close to the fine beach taxis were always available outside the hotel if you wanted to go further. i felt very close to the local hotspots.

friendly staff clean rooms short walk

i found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the rooms were clean and well kept daily. i really appreciated the convenient access to local restaurants and the beautiful beach just a short walk away.

the check-in time at 5 pm felt a bit late, especially after a long journey. waiting for the room to be ready upon arrival was somewhat inconvenient.
